This includes overseeing and/or performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of solution components. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the solution. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers' needs, defines next steps, and clarifies the assignment of responsibility for problem resolution as needed. Includes any aspect of field support and is not limited to system hardware, software, network, and other technical infrastructure components.\nResponsibilities:\nInstall and maintain electronic security systems\nUnderstand system design drawings\nExecute installation activities within planned durations\nComplete device and component installation activities\nConfigure programmable system components\nPerform testing and evaluation to identify and correct problems at component and system levels\nInstall raceway and conduit infrastructure\nInstall, terminate, and test system cabling to all components\nTest system components\nInstall equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and device mounting hardware\nComplete accurate as-built documentation\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nMust possess a current Secret clearance.\nRequires a HS diploma or GED.\nMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds.\nMust be able to work on a 12-foot stepladder for extended periods of time.\nMust be able to work at various heights up to 45 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and all types of ladders.\nMust be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.\n5+ years of experience in electronic security systems or related field\nBasic understanding of TCP/IP\nExperience operating personnel lift\nBasic knowledge of electrical conduit installation\nIP Camera experience\nDesired:\nCertifications or familiarity in annunciator systems such as Honeywell Vindicator, Linx Predator Elite, Advantor, Hirsch, AMAG, Lenel, and Software House.\nExperience with MS Project.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
