The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps and Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with the ability to design, implement, and manage secure, compliant, and scalable cloud infrastructure. This role requires familiarity with enclave restrictions, private endpoints, and secure integration patterns across multiple platforms.\n**Position requires to be ONSITE 4 Days with 1 Remote Day**\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and manage secure cloud solutions in Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and Google Cloud for Government.\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and, where appropriate, Terraform or Ansible.\nBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for both application and infrastructure deployments\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting aligned with government compliance and security frameworks.\nWork with development, operations, and security teams to implement DevSecOps practices that meet FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST requirements.\nLead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for secure cloud environments.\nParticipate in change management and CAB processes within highly regulated environments.\nMentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nMust have at least Secret Clearance or Interim to Start.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n7+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.\nHands-on experience in Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and Google Government Cloud.\nProficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards, artifacts).\nStrong knowledge of Bicep for IaC and automation of Azure resources.\nScripting expertise (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).\nFamiliarity with secure enclave networking (private endpoints, DNS, firewalls, VPN, and VNET/Transit Gateway design).\nStrong understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 controls\nDesired:.\nCertifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS DevOps Engineer.\nProfessional, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer.\nExperience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.\nFamiliarity with additional CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).\nKnowledge of secrets management (Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, HashiCorp Vault).\nExperience with cloud cost governance, tagging standards, and chargeback models.\nPrior experience with ATO (Authority to Operate) processes and compliance documentation.\nTools & Expertise\nCandidates should demonstrate working knowledge of the following tools and practices:\nCI/CD & Automation: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.\nIaC & Config Management: Bicep, Terraform, Ansible, Helm.\nMonitoring & Observability: Azure Monitor, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack, CloudWatch, Stackdriver.\nCollaboration & Version Control: Git, GitOps, branching strategies.\nSecurity & Compliance: ScanCentral, SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua, Prisma, secrets management (Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, HashiCorp Vault).\nNetworking & API Management: DNS, CDN, firewalls, Application Gateways, API gateways.\nData Services: SQL/NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), backup/recovery strategies.\nContainerization & Orchestration (Future Roadmap): Docker, Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE).\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking.\nClear and concise communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively in a high-compliance, security-sensitive environment.\nExperience mentoring engineers and contributing to a collaborative team culture.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
