This role serves as the primary financial partner to the program manager and leads financial planning, compliance, forecasting, and performance analysis. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to maintain financial accuracy, support program execution, and meet contractual requirements throughout the program lifecycle.\nThis position is onsite in Bethesda, MD and requires a TS/SCI.\n Responsibilities:\nPartner with the program manager on financial planning, reporting, and contract analysis.\nEstablish and maintain projects to ensure accurate cost tracking, revenue recognition, and billing.\nMonitor budgets, funding, forecasts, and cost performance against contractual requirements.\nPrepare PMR reports, Estimates to Complete (ETCs), Estimates at Completion (EACs), and customer-specific reports.\nValidate labor charges, subcontractor invoices, travel vouchers, and payment allocations for accuracy and compliance.\nPerform variance, risk and opportunity, and scenario analysis.\nCollaborate with Contracts, Subcontracts, Human Resources, Procurement, and other teams to resolve operational issues.\nSupport program-related purchasing, facilities, equipment, and contract administration.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, forecasting procedures, and customer and government regulations.\nLead annual planning and monthly forecasting activities, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.\nReview pricing models and cost structures with the Pricing team.\nSupport recurring program and financial reviews and contribute to resource planning.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related degree.\nAt least five years of related experience, including three or more years in program control or financial management.\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including experience analyzing large datasets and preparing monthly invoice-support reports.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Contracts, Procurement, Accounting, Engineering, and other support functions.\nWorking knowledge of accounting principles, including cost collection, revenue recognition, the EAC lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation.\nMust have an active TS/SCI Clearance\nDesired:\nExperience writing formulas, scripts, or code in any programming language.\nKnowledge of Costpoint, Smart View, and Cognos.\nExperience working in a matrixed organization.\nFinancial planning and analysis experience.\nExperience developing Annual Operating Plans.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
