You will get to work with a team of highly dedicated professionals at the forefront of protecting our warfighters at home and abroad.\nResponsibilities:\nThe Program Financial Analyst (PFA) is responsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, and all forecasting and internal reporting. The PFA will operate as a single point of contact to the PM for all finance and accounting issues, more specifically:\nProvide support to Project Managers in preparing and analyzing project financial data and other contract, projector, and business-related tasks.\nCollaborate with other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontracts, HR, etc.) to assist the program manager with other complex contract, project, or business-related tasks.\n Maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.\nMay aid project managers in overseeing facility administration and\nCompile with financial controls, procedures, system requirements, and forecasting techniques, as directed, to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.\nMonitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.\nRespond to ECPs, REAs, or new pricing requirements driven by scope change.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nA Bachelor's degree \nA minimum of 7 years of related work experience to include 5+ years of program control OR financial management\nIntermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, SUMIFs and V/XLOOKUP to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet reports in support of monthly invoices.\nAbility to work with multiple support functions (contracts, procurement, accounting, engineering)\nA good foundation of accounting principles includes cost collection, revenue recognition, Estimate at Complete (EAC) lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation.\nDesired:\nKnowledge of Deltek Costpoint, SmartView, COGNOS, and Cobra\nFinancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience\nExperience in a matrixed organization\nExperience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Fixed Unit Price (FUP) contract execution\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
