The program provides communications and IT Support services with over 500 employees, 12000 customers spanning 8 countries with central PMO office in Stuttgart, Germany\nThe Senior Program Finance Manager supports a finance team who are assigned a portfolio of projects and functions as an effective business partner to support the Program Manager and Program Management Office in providing financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting and decision making and overall delivery of financial commitments. Ability to effectively utilize corporate systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion (CAPS), SmartView, etc. to obtain relevant financial data for analysis in support of program financial performance management.\nResponsibilities:\nThe Senior Finance Manager is responsible for all program financials, including assistance with review of cost, funding, labor charging, and all forecasting and internal reporting, more specifically:\nLeads and manages Program financial operations in accordance with customer financial processes, required analysis, and reporting requirements\nReports all contractor and subcontractor labor hours required for performance of services provided under this contract\nAttends and participates in weekly technical status meetings to provide financial status of the program and projects\nProvides financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and decision-making and overall delivery of financial commitments\nResponsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, all forecasting and internal reporting, and invoice preparation, review, and submission\nDevelops and manages travel and purchasing processes and procedures to ensure requests follow prescribed Travel Authorization Request (TAR) and Request to Initiate Purchase (RIP) processes, including quality control checks\nSupports the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual updates\nDevelops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with Government and customer requirements\nPrepares and monitors progress of program EAC’s and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met\nAnalyzes costs by CLIN and SLIN, makes recommendations regarding cost savings, and develops accurate and timely monthly performance reports\nContributes to development and/or maintenance of Contract deliverable deliverables\nPossesses and applies comprehensive knowledge on multiple complex work assignments\nManages & mentors other finance personnel\nEstablishes goals and plans that meet project objectives\nPossesses comprehensive domain and technical knowledge\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, plus minimum of 10 years of Federal Program Finance experience.\nActive Top-Secret Clearance, SCI Eligible\nDemonstrates mastery of financial operations and analysis preferably within DoD and Army environments, with particular emphasis on complex program financials and reporting requirements.\nPossesses comprehensive knowledge of cost analysis, forecasting, and financial control systems, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements across multiple projects.\nExhibits strategic expertise in financial planning, decision-making support, and performance monitoring for large-scale government contracts.\nShowcases advanced proficiency in developing and managing travel and purchasing processes, as well as creating sophisticated financial reports.\nExcels at mentoring finance personnel and establishing project goals and objectives across diverse assignments.\nApplies technical expertise to high-impact financial tasks, contributing to critical program deliverables and optimizing cost-saving strategies\nExperienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams\nDesired:\nIntermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, filters, sumifs and vlookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
