You are a highly experienced Salesforce professional who can write and review code while also providing architectural insight, technical expertise, and an independent technical perspective. You will serve as a Salesforce SME, helping evaluate technical design, manage development standards, identify risks, and assist in guiding the long-term evolution of the platform.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.\nLead and contribute to solution architecture and technical design.\nReview code and technical designs for quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\nProvide an independent technical perspective on architectural decisions and respectfully challenge proposed approaches when appropriate.\nDesign, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems.\nEstablish and promote Salesforce development, architecture, and integration standards.\nIdentify technical debt, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nEvaluate the technical impact of Salesforce and connected applications upgrades and platform changes.\nMentor developers and provide technical guidance across the project team.\nSupport technical planning, troubleshooting, and long-term platform strategy.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent\nSeven or more years of software development or related experience.\n5 or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility.\nStrong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, automation, security, and integrations.\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, security, scalability, and governor limits.\nExperience with source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment practices.\nExperience conducting code reviews and evaluating technical designs.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nKnowledge and understanding of the Agile Scrum SDLC methodology.\nMust be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance\nDesired:\nExperience with enterprise ERP integrations.\nExperience in mentoring Salesforce development teams.\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or other relevant Salesforce certification.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
