The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model. \nIn this role you will coordinate with the Government and report to the CMDB Operations Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across the CMDB ECO-System.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, manage, and maintain CMDB processes and workflows in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, and REST APIs.\nCreate and execute reports, dashboards, and metrics related to CMDB health and usage using PA and/or CMDB Query Builder.\nIndependently identify, troubleshoot (including precedence and IRE), and remediate CMDB-related issues.\nConduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to ensure CMDB data quality.\nCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure the CMDB remains a reliable, up-to-date source of truth for the entire IT ecosystem.\nStay current with ServiceNow releases and implement new CMDB features as appropriate.\nProvide technical support and guidance to end-users on CMDB best practices for IT staff and stakeholders. Qualifications: Required:\n10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).\nExperience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, CI Class Manager, CMDB Data Manager, CMDB Health Dashboards, Performance Analytics, CMDB Query Builder, and Service Mapping capabilities.\nAt least one of the following certifications:\n- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) \n- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB certification\n- Certified ServiceNow Administrator \n- Certified ServiceNow Developer\nEffective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal \nA strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL. \nA proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. \nExperience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas. \nWorking knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management. \nFamiliarity with Agile Scrum methodologies. \nStrong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint Desired:\nUS Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance\nAxonius, HAM, SAMPro, and Flexera Data Platform exposure\nExperience working in the Department of Defense \n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
