In this position you serve as one of the ServiceNow developers working as a team on developing software products associated with customer defined systems and software applications.\nResponsibilities:\nActively participate in agile daily scrums and ceremonies, updating stories daily in ServiceNow documenting development progress and collaborating across platform teams\nSupport and participate in customer requirement workshops, working with product owner/stakeholders to configure requested items and tasks using Flow Designer to manage processes and meet business requirements\nDesign, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.\nHelp to develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform the component integration tests.\nParticipate in product backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demonstrations and sprint retrospectives. Qualifications: Required:\nAbility to attain DHS EOD\nBA +10 years applicable experience\nIntermediate level understanding of ServiceNow\nIntermediate level programming skills\nExperience interacting with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and Developers\nExperience using JIRA and Confluence.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nAt least one of the following certifications:\nCertified ServiceNow Developer\nCertified ServiceNow Administrator\nCertified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar) Desired:\nExperience ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR)\nExperience with ServiceNow Customer Service Mgmt.
