This role ensures the accurate handling, movement, tracking, and documentation of materials and equipment across multiple naval programs, including Los Angeles- and Virginia-class projects. The position requires safe operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment, as well as the ability to interpret technical documentation and use Navy logistics systems.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage receipt, issue, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and equipment supporting shipyard production and Fleet requirements.\nOperate forklifts and handle hazardous materials safely while maintaining accurate material records and inventory accountability.\nResearch, track, and process materiel transactions using Navy logistics systems, resolving logistical issues through analysis and corrective action.\nInterpret engineering drawings, variance documents, and revision notices to align logistics actions with technical and configuration requirements.\nCoordinate closely with engineering, supply chain, production teams, and program stakeholders to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment. Qualifications: Required:\n5+ years of experience with submarine and/or deep submergence systems.\nExperience with U.S. Navy material ordering, logistics processes, shipping/receiving, and transaction workflows.\nExperience with Navy logistics systems: SCLSIS, CDMD-OA, NSLC, One Touch, LogiQuest, FedMall, etc.\nAbility to read/interpret engineering drawings, TVDs, and RNs.\nProficiency with MS Office suite.\nActive Secret clearance.
