They understand how various systems, people, and processes work together to drive mission success, and can develop solutions that are both practical and sustainable. Effective communication across engineering, operations, and leadership is key, as is producing technical documentation that supports long-term system sustainment. Identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and continuous improvement is essential, and the ability to remain effective amidst shifting priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals is highly valued. Professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to safeguarding sensitive information are fundamental.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph, or willingness and eligibility to obtain a CI Polygraph.\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.\nAbility to work in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA, Sarasota, FL, or Denver, CO.\nAt least 3 years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or related technical fields.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience with mission management applications or enterprise data integration.\nProven track record of solving complex technical and operational issues.\nExperience integrating software applications, enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and distributed technologies.\nFamiliarity with system testing and automated application testing frameworks.\nStrong grasp of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle.\nExperience designing or implementing automation for operational efficiency.\nAdvanced technical writing skills, including architecture documentation, interface control documents, system diagrams, procedures, and engineering artifacts.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities while staying aligned with strategic objectives.\nDemonstrated capability to independently prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Suite tools, including Jira and Confluence.\nDesired:\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of War organizations.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.\nKnowledge of PowerShell, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming and scripting languages.\nExperience with REST APIs, microservices, message queues, and distributed system architectures.\nUnderstanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering, enterprise architecture, or digital engineering practices.\nExperience with AI-enabled decision support, advanced analytics, or data engineering solutions.\nSecurity+ or other relevant technical certifications.\nIf you are ready to take on meaningful challenges, collaborate with talented teams, and help drive mission success, we encourage you to apply.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
