The Candidate will need knowledge with designs, plans, and ability to integrate cloud computing and virtualization systems.\nResponsibilities:\nProvides specific, detailed information for hardware and software selection, cloud service provider selection, implementation techniques, application & data migration techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.\nEvaluates and reports on new cloud and virtualization technologies to enhance capabilities of cloud-based and virtualized services. May also provide systems engineering activities such as: Concept of OperationsFormulation, Requirements Definition, Analysis and Engineering, System Architecting, System Analysis and Design, Interface and Data Architectures, Validation and Verification, System Integration, System & Op. Performance Analysis, Lifecycle Cost Analysis & Estimation, Decision Analysis and Physical Configuration Analysis (PCA) .\nEnsures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.\nPerforms functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.\nFrequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.\nReceives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.\nWork is reviewed by supervisor/lead to measure meeting objectives. Directs established guidelines, procedures and policies. Qualifications: Required: \nMust be currently enrolled and pursing a degree in Computer Science or related area.\nKnowledge of cloud strategy and program architecture\nResponsible for gathering system requirements working together with application architects and owners \nResponsible for generating scripts and templates required for the automatic provisioning of resources \nDiscover standard cloud services offerings, install, and execute processes and standards for optimal use of cloud service provider offerings \nBuild software for the organization’s systems and ES as a service offering \nResponsible for debugging technical issues inside a complex stack involving virtualization, containers, microservices, etc.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\nDesired:\n3.0 GPA preferred but not required\nPrevious internship experience in Systems Engineering\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
