The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information systems, and an in-depth proficiency and knowledge of the Tanium platform, Core and Add on Modules.\nWithin the EITaaS environment, CACI provides modernized capabilities and services-including enterprise ITSM, service desk operations, endpoint management and security, CONUS/OCONUS field support, and full life cycle sustainment for end user devices. Your team’s engineering outcomes will directly support the DAF’s transformation from IT centric operations to mission focused operations, driving increased agility, reliability, and security across the enterprise.\nResponsibilities:\nAdminister, configure, and maintain platform and endpoint agents\nPlan, execute, and manage upgrades, patching, and maintenance. \nMonitor health, performance, and security. \nProactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues. \nOptimize platform for scalability, performance, and resource utilization. \nMaintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and integrations. \nDevelop and maintain policies to achieve security and operational goals. \nPerform upgrades, patching, and maintenance of the Tanium platform and its modules. \nAutomate tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. \nDevelop custom reports and dashboards to visualize data collected by Tanium and provide actionable insights. \nDevelop custom Tanium sensors and packages to collect data, deploy software, and enforce configurations. \nCreate custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights. \nSupport security incident response efforts by providing endpoint data, facilitating rapid containment, and automating remediation.\nImplement and Manage roll-out of Tanium Provisioning.\n Qualifications:\nRequired: \nCompTIA Security+ or other DoD Approved 8570 Baseline certification at IAT Level II or higher\n10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience). \nAn active DoD secret clearance \nProficiency in Tanium platform and its core and add on modules (e.g., Discover, Patch, Comply, Provision, Threat Response) \nStrong scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting) \nSolid understanding of Windows, Linux operating systems \nUnderstanding of network protocols and security concepts \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and explain policies/procedures to stakeholders within and outside the job function. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nDemonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and highly complex environment with frequently changing requirements \nDesired:\nExperience with ServiceNow Additional certifications such as PMP or Tanium Certified Operator or Administrator\nExperience with implementing and optimizing cloud-based UEM solutions. \nExperience with DOD, DOW, or Federal Agencies \n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
