On this program, CACI delivers capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise ITSM solution.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide leadership and direct the activities of a cross-functional technical team for the delivery of large-scale software development products according to the Agile methodology.\nOversee projects from Demand Intake, requirements, analysis, design, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\nEstablish strong partnerships with project sponsors and stakeholders.\nCreate and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.\nCreate and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.\nIdentify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.\nCommunicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.\nEnsure adherence to the customer’s Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nExperience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.\nBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Will consider experience in lieu of education\n15+ Years of relevant experience\n6 or more years of leading a team/project delivery IT solutions\nAbility to work independently with little direction and management oversight.\nAbility to lead in a fast-moving environment to implement on time and on schedule.\nDemonstrated experience leading ServiceNow Development projects.\nExperience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nExperience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules.\nScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification\nWilling to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite in Chantilly, VA\nWilling and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
