This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of national security, directly supporting advanced technologies designed to detect, track, and mitigate emerging aerial threats.\nAs part of this position, you will engage in dynamic, hands-on work across both CONUS and limited OCONUS locations, providing direct support to operational systems in real-world environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance solutions to our customers.\nThis is a multifaceted role that spans the full lifecycle of government-furnished equipment-from installation and integration to sustainment and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hardware expertise, systems engineering insight, networking knowledge, and software troubleshooting skills to ensure mission success in complex and evolving environments.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do:\nServe as a Technician supporting installation, operations, and maintenance (O&M) activities across the Counter-RCMA mission\n\nSupport daily system operations, testing, and performance validation to ensure mission readiness\n\nYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:\n3 - 5 years of related experience\n\nAbility to work independently with little or no supervision as well as with other individuals on the team when required\n\nAbility to operate RF equipment, electronic troubleshooting equipment\n\nSpectrum analyzers & Signal generators\n\nExperience and understanding of radar systems (installation, operation, troubleshooting, or maintenance of tactical/surveillance radar systems) preferably RPS systems\n\nAbility to lift 75 lbs.\n\nBe climb certified or ability to become climb certified to heights up to 200 ft.\n\nUnderstanding of basic IP network topologies and ability to resolve network issues\n\nAbility to travel up to 75% of the time when needed\n\nDesired skills:\nA SECRET clearance. As a requirement of continued employment, you may be required to obtain SECRET/TOP SECRET clearance\n\nFAA Part 107 certified\n\nLinux experience\n\nExperience with shipping, receiving, and inventory asset tracking\n\nRadar and RF signals background\n\nAtlassian JIRA/Confluence experience\n\nCollaborate with a high-performing technical team, contributing expertise while actively supporting and learning from teammates\n\nFoster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence\n\nTravel to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance, conduct hands-on troubleshooting and corrective actions\n\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
