In this role, you will ensure the UiPath platform remains secure, scalable, high-performing, and aligned with organizational automation goals. You’ll work closely with SAP functional teams, RPA developers, data engineers, cybersecurity, and infrastructure partners to deliver reliable and compliant automation solutions that drive operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities:\nAs a UiPath Administrator, you will:\nAdminister and maintain the UiPath Orchestrator platform, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and environment support across development, test, and production.\nManage user provisioning, access controls, authentication, and role-based permissions using secure folder structures and organizational policies.\nConfigure and support SSO/LDAP integrations and identity provider workflows to ensure secure and efficient user access.\nOversee UiPath license management for Attended/Unattended Robots, Orchestrator, and Studio, including allocation and troubleshooting.\nManage robot configurations, machine templates, credential stores, and connectivity across multi-tenant environments.\nMonitor platform health, including performance, logs, utilization, and job failures; diagnose incidents and coordinate resolution.\nSupport integrations with SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors) and other API/cloud data sources.\nMaintain connectors, service accounts, credentials, and SAP-related access mechanisms to ensure stable and secure automation execution.\nDevelop and enforce governance standards for automation lifecycle management, naming conventions, documentation, security, and version control.\nPartner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to meet security, audit, backup, recovery, and continuity requirements.\nSupport the migration of automation assets and packages across environments.\nCreate and maintain SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.\nProvide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for automation incidents and coordinate with UiPath and SAP Support when necessary.\nOffer end-user training and support for automation publishing, scheduling, execution, and best practices.\nCollaborate with Agile delivery teams, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, release activities, and platform improvement initiatives.\nAnalyze automation performance issues and recommend enhancements for scalability, reliability, monitoring, and orchestration.\nSupport data quality, auditability, and compliance for automated workflows and intelligent automation solutions.\n Qualifications:\nRequired: \nActive U.S. DoD Secret.\nAbility to meet DoD 8140 requirements.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience in application administration, RPA platform support, or intelligent automation system administration.\nHands-on experience administering UiPath Orchestrator and supporting UiPath Studio users in an enterprise environment.\nStrong knowledge of: • UiPath Orchestrator configuration and maintenance • User/security administration • Robot scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Performance and job execution issue resolution\nWorking knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BTP) and SAP-integrated automation.\nExperience supporting integrations with SAP data sources and enterprise automation workflows.\nFamiliarity with authentication tools such as Okta, Active Directory, and SSO/LDAP.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of federal IT security standards and the ability to work in classified or controlled environments.\nDesired:\nExperience in DoD, federal, or highly regulated environments.\nUiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator Specialist, UiPath Automation Developer).\nExperience with UiPath Integration Service for SAP, including SAP GUI automation, SAP Fiori automation, and SAP BAPI/RFC integration.\nExperience implementing Okta SSO with UiPath Orchestrator.\nBackground supporting RPA automation in finance, supply chain, logistics, transportation, or SAP ERP environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud or hybrid UiPath deployments, including UiPath Automation Cloud.\nExperience with monitoring and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.).\nExposure to Agile methodologies such as SAFe.\nExperience using UiPath Insights for analytics, robot utilization, and automation ROI reporting.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
