You will partner with our University Programs Manager to support and lead CACI’s Intern Program; measure and drive conversion rates of interns to full-time-hires. As a University Programs Recruiter, you will continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target university candidate pools of top talent\nResponsibilities:\nProvides full lifecycle recruiting function to include assisting hiring managers with developing and marketing job positions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, reference checking, extending verbal and written offers while also maintaining candidate information in the automated recruiting system.\nDevelop innovative techniques to support customer needs. Maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.\nPerforms a variety of professional and administrative functions to ensure positions are filled with qualified candidates quickly.\nProvides regular reporting to senior management on recruiting issues.\nNegotiates housing stipend and compensation between Hiring Managers and Candidates.\nRepresents department to internal/external applicants. Provides advice and guidance to less experienced employees.\nQualifications:\nUndergraduate Degree or equivalent experience\nUp to 3 years of recruiting experience\nAbility to manage projects form inception to completion\nExperience cultivating relationships and consultation skills through collaborative engagements with peers, external stakeholders, and candidates\nEffective oral and written communication skills\nDesired:\nBachelor's Degree preferred\nExperience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday\nStrong technical aptitude\nDemonstration of efficient and high-quality customer service experience\nAbility to utilize talent platforms and networking\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
