As our business continues to grow, we are interested in speaking with a Junior Architect to join one of our live projects within our IdentityE2E team.\n\nWe work in a hybrid fashion so you can choose how often you work from the office or home. There is an expectation however, to meet customers on a regular basis (typically bi-weekly).\n\nThe Opportunity:\n\nAs a Junior Architect, you will be working within our IdentityE2E team and will work closely with our public sector customers to assist, influence and provide guidance to their architecture and modelling challenges. Working alongside our experienced Architects to specify and develop the correct approach to their problem spaces and assisting where modelling provides the appropriate level of benefit.\n\nOther typical responsibilities include:\nInvolvement in the design & delivery aspects of a solution, in particular system integration and business architecture.\nWorking with business stakeholders to provide technical solutions that deliver business needs.\nParticipating in workshops with developers, consultants and customers to elaborate problems, model end-to-end business processes or design solutions.\nCreation of data architecture to support solution development.\nUnderstanding a customer’s requirements and translating them into business language and solutions.\nEnsuring that the systems integration aspects of the delivery, including project requirements and scope definition, technical risk and effort are defined and executed.\nKeeping ahead of current technologies, tools, and practices.\nWe pride ourselves in providing many opportunities to develop, progress, and grow within the role and the wider company, you will receive full training & ongoing support in the full Architecture lifecycle, including Architecture tools, such as ArchiMate & Togaf.\n\nThe Fit:\n\nOur Junior Architects have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, so we want our team to have a proactive and can-do attitude to their work. We are passionate about technology and pride ourselves on keeping up with emerging technologies and delivering best practices so it is important that you enjoy learning and continuous improvement.\n\nFor our current requirement, we are looking for someone with:\nSome commercial architecture or consultancy experience\nDegree in Computer Science or Mathematics or have a STEM-related subject with a minimum 2:1 classification or equivalent work experience.\nExperience with AWS & a relevant certification\nAbility to drive client relationships and effective team outcomes.\nExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation.\nAmbitious, driven, and professional individual who demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment.\n\nDue to the industries we work in, we require all our team to be able to obtain security clearance.
