You'll lead multiple in-flight projects, ensuring delivery remains on track whilst creating an environment where teams can perform at their best. Balancing commercial oversight, stakeholder engagement and team leadership, you'll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality outcomes for our customers.\nWorking in fast-paced and evolving environments, you'll have the autonomy to shape delivery approaches, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement across our delivery community. Responsibilities include:\nResponsibility for the delivery of a project or service to the agreed cost, timescale, quality, and scope.\nUsing a mix of traditional project management and agile delivery skills.\nProviding leadership to the team.\nCommunicate and facilitate in diverse situations with stakeholders and key customers.\nAdopting appropriate delivery methods and tools, including agile & scaled agile.\nConstantly reviewing progress and tailoring delivery methods to the specific delivery.\nReporting on the project and issue escalation.\nBecome an active participant in the CACI delivery community, sharing best practice, supporting & mentoring others, and looking to continually improve our delivery processes.\n\nWho we are looking for:\nWe're looking for a Project Manager with previous experience working in the National Security sector, who combines strong project management leadership with a passion for technology and delivering meaningful outcomes.\nFor our current requirement, we are looking for someone with:\nExperience working in an agile delivery environment (able to take and active involvement in scrum's).\nHands on project experience in multiple delivery methodologies.\nProject commercial awareness, such as budget tracking, risk management and forecasting.\nAbility to build and maintain high performing teams.\nExperience working with customers, handling difficult situations and resolving conflict.\n\nDue to the industries we work in, we would prefer the successful candidate to currently hold high level security clearance.
