You'll be involved throughout the entire software lifecycle, from shaping requirements and architecture through to development, deployment and long-term support. This will include:\nDesigning, developing and testing robust, scalable software solutions.\nWorking closely with customers, product owners and technical teams to solve complex business problems.\nBuilding secure, resilient systems using modern engineering best practices.\nDeveloping cloud-native applications and services across AWS and Azure.\nCreating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab.\nContributing to software architecture and technical design decisions.\nSupporting deployments across public and private cloud environments.\nChampioning engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing.\nInfluencing technical strategy and helping shape the future direction of projects.\nDepending on experience, leading engineering teams and managing customer engagement.\n\nThe Fit:\nWe're growing and are looking for talented Senior Software Engineers to join our National Security business, helping us deliver innovative solutions to some of the most important challenges facing the country today. This is an opportunity to work on projects where the technology is fascinating, the problems are complex, and the outcomes truly matter.\nAt present we are interested in speaking to Senior Engineers with hands on Back End or Full Stack experience. You will have commercial experience using a range of languages / technologies including Java, Python, AWS, Azure, JavaScript, React or Typescript. Previous consultancy experience is useful but not essential.\nWe are looking for someone that ideally holds hold high level security clearance, able to support customers from locations in Bristol, Cheltenham and Manchester.
