This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role for a seasoned IT professional who is ready to take full ownership of our technology environment, champion AI-driven modernization, and serve as a strategic partner to organizational leadership.\nPosition Details\nReports To: Vice President, Finance and IT\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Exempt\nWork Arrangement:On Site\nSalary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure & Operations\nEnsure system uptime, security, and performance across all platforms and end-user devices\nServe as the primary escalation point for internal helpdesk and technical support needs\nCybersecurity\nDevelop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls\nMonitor for threats and vulnerabilities; lead incident response as needed\nEnsure compliance with data privacy and security best practices relevant to nonprofit operations\nAI & Digital Innovation\nLead the organization's AI initiatives, identifying and implementing tools that improve operational efficiency\nEvaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to leadership\nChampion digital transformation efforts and build staff technology literacy\nWebsite & Digital Tools\nEnsure that the company's website and digital tools are secure, highly available, optimized for performance, and seamlessly integrated with other core business systems\nManage integrations between CRM, AMS, LMS, and other member-facing platforms\nData & Database Management\nManage organizational databases and ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security\nSupport reporting and analytics needs across departments\nVendor & Contract Management\nManage relationships with outsourced MSP and other technology service providers, consultants, and vendors.\nNegotiate and oversee software licenses, SLAs, and IT-related contracts\nBudget Management\nDevelop, manage, and report on the annual IT budget\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising capability or security\nBuild business cases for technology investments and present to leadership\nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate closely with staff across all departments to understand technology needs and deliver effective solutions\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy\nQualifications\nRequired\n5-7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity\nExperience leading or managing AI adoption and implementation initiatives\nProven track record in cybersecurity planning and implementation\nExperience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships\nFamiliarity with CRM and database management systems\nStrong project management skills;
