Salesforce expertise and hands-on experience using Vibe-coding and Agentic AI to accelerate and scale delivery.\nYou will support workflow analysis across Marketing and Quote-to-Cash areas, help identify automation opportunities, and assist with optimizing workflows across Salesforce and other enterprise systems in a fast paced, global environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Support to define future-state, end-to-end workflows and success metrics (cycle time, handoffs eliminated, adoption, compliance).\n\nDesign and deliver Salesforce solutions optimized for scalability, performance, and native platform functionality.\n\nAssess upstream/downstream impacts across integrated systems, document system interactions, data dependencies, and exception paths.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria-including agent-ready rules and guardrails.\n\nProvide functional leadership and clarity to development and QA teams by translating end-to-end workflow intent, system interactions, and automation requirements into clear, actionable guidance throughout design, build, and testing.\n\nDrive UAT readiness, including test planning, end-to-end validation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure solutions meet business expectations.\n\nCollaborate with Development, QA, InfoSec, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards.\n\nLeverage AI-assisted delivery techniques (including ‘vibe coding’/rapid prototyping) to validate concepts quickly with users and accelerate iteration.\n\nDesign and leverage AI agents and workflow orchestration capabilities to automate complex end-to-end business processes with built-in governance, exception handling, security/access controls, and operational oversight.\n\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Skills\n3-4 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.\n\n2+ years of Salesforce/application experience including Sales Cloud, Conga CPQ and Marketing apps like Marketo or HubSpot or Pardot.\n\nStrong understanding of Marketing & Sales processes including Lead generation and qualification, Quote-to-Cash processes\n\nHands-on experience using rapid prototyping or AI-assisted development techniques (e.g., Vibe Coding, low code/no code, or similar approaches) to accelerate validation and delivery.\n\nAbility to build consensus among cross functional stakeholders at multiple organizational levels on approach and outcomes, enabling delivery of robust, scalable technology solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data model and security, including permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance best practices.\n\nExperience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, incremental releases, and rapid feedback loops.\n\nBachelor’s or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.\n\nComfortable driving clarity and outcomes in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.\n\nPreferred Skills\nSalesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud), demonstrating strong platform and data model fluency.\n\nExperience working on CRM, CPQ, ERP, and related platforms.\n\nExperience with designing and leveraging AI agents and workflow orchestration capabilities to automate business
