Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.\nThe intern will bebased in San Jose & report directly to global IT Group Director\nWhat you will learn from us\nLearn how to assist with desktop support needs and device asset management.\nUnderstand how to build, configure and troubleshoot PCs.\nLearning to support cutting edge technologies to deliver the Best-in-Class services to our employees.\nLearn how to provide great customer service to Cadence local or remote desktop users.\nLearn to collaborate and interact with direct line managers, Local IT Team and International Teams.\nKnowledge and experience in processes and procedures\nWhat Technical Skills, Experience and Qualification do you need?\nCurrently enrolled in college studying an IT course or attending a similar training program.\nTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nPassionate about technology and willingness to learn Microsoft products: (Windows 10, Office 365, Anti-Virus SW, Desktop Imaging)\nAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.\nGood interpersonal and customer relationship skills.\nExcellent documentation skills.
