Maintain system settings and partner with IT and business to implement Coupa system releases. Coordinate with other system administrators to assure global consistency.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAdminister and support S2P platforms, including Coupa, ensuring high system availability and reliability.\nLead the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades and new functionality in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and service requests in accordance with established service levels.\nConfigure and maintain system settings, workflows, forms, catalogues, and other platform features to support evolving business requirements.\nDevelop and deliver training, documentation, and user guidance to support adoption of procurement systems and processes.\nCoordinate, support, and provide regular status updates on system projects.\nDevelop test plans, test scripts, and support documentation for SIT / UAT activities. Assist with defect resolution and validation.\nParticipate in SIT / UAT testing as appropriate.\nProvide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions.\nProactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, business processes, and automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nJob Qualifications:\nExperience: 5+ years\nBusiness Skills\nA bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.\nWorking knowledge of cloud-based procurement systems.\nStrong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and best practices.\nSelf-motivated and directed individual, strong team player, and problem-solver.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.\nEffective communication and alignment with stakeholders including peers, technical resources, and senior executives, using strong written and verbal communication skills.\nA desire to experiment with, explore, and organize data to deliver meaningful business narratives.\n Technical Skills\nCoupa certified (preferred) or System admin experience within other S2P platforms\nMicrosoft Office\nExperience in preparing PowerPoint presentations\nJIRA or similar service desk application experience\nAdditional Information:\nCadence is committed to equal employment opportunity and employment equity throughout all levels of the organization.\nWe’re doing work that matters.
