The ATPG/DFT and Fault Emulation team works with Palladium, the industry leading Emulation platform based on our proprietary hardware.\nWorking at Cadence is very dynamic, fast-paced, and integrated with other teams all around the world.\nJob Description:\nDesign and execute software validation/test plans for the new features.\nWork closely with R&D team to debug, solve issues and improve test coverage.\nDevelop tools and scripts for test generation, execution, result analysis, and reporting.\nCreate and maintain test infrastructure on Linux systems.\nWork closely with the Validation team to support the release process.\nRequirements:\nComplete bachelor’s in computer science or computer Engineering or equivalent experience.\nExperience with Software testing: 2 years\nExperience with EDA and VLSI design, including Verilog and VHDL languages.\nExperience with scripting environments - either Tcl or Python.\nExperience with Unix environment.\nVery good spoken and written English and Portuguese\nNice to have:\nExperience developing software using version control systems.\nKnowledge of C++ programming language.\nKnowledge of ISO26262.\nKnowledge about DFT/ATPG flows.\nFamiliarity with Jenkins.\nAdditional Job Details:\nEmployment category: CLT\nEmployment term: 40 hours/week.\nCompetitive benefits.\nLocation: Av Contorno 5800, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais Brazil.\nAbout Cadence Design Systems:\nCadence is the only company that provides the expertise and tools, IP, and hardware required for the entire electronics design chain, from chip design to chip packaging to boards and to systems.
