This role will be instrumental in expanding Cadence's academic ecosystem and leading high-impact programs focused on emerging technologies such as Physical AI, semiconductor design, and advanced engineering.\nResponsibilities\nAcademic Program Leadership\nSupport program goals, timelines, milestones, budgets, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms for the Physical AI for All program.\nCreate and maintain program documentation, dashboards, schedules, and ROI reports for internal communication.\nDevelop and manage strategic academic partnerships supporting Cadence's workforce development and technology adoption objectives.\nUpdate communications, presentations, the Academic Network to ensure we remain on-brand and aligned with the corporate mission.\nProgram manage engagements at Key Universities\nMultitask and prioritize time supporting multiple key universities in the US.\nAttend calls/discussions to capture action items\nEnsure Cadence and University attendees are prepared for visits, meetings, and calls:\nProvide backgrounds and Bios of attendees\nEnsure that we are delivering on commitments (managing up and across the organization)\nStudent Innovation Programs\nLead communication with student design teams, which we are sponsoring. initiatives aligned with strategic technology priorities.\nCoordinate onboarding of participating universities and student teams to ensure maximum ROI.\nMarketing & Communications\nCreate and execute communication strategies that promote academic initiatives and program participation.\nDevelop content for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, webinars, newsletters, and executive communications.\nPartner with Corporate Marketing to create compelling messaging and storytelling around academic success stories and innovation outcomes.\nSupport sponsorship activities and partnership programs that expand Cadence's academic reach and impact.\nEvent & Community Development\nSupport conferences, workshops, showcases, competitions, webinars, and networking events where the Academic Network is supporting or leading. Represent the Academic Network events when appropriate.\nCoordinate logistics, speaker engagement, participant communications, and event execution.\nProgram Analytics & Reporting\nTrack participation metrics, engagement trends, outreach effectiveness, and program outcomes.\nWe’re doing work that matters.
