The role oversees facilities, engineering, food & beverage, events, travel, vendor management, budgets, compliance, and workplace strategy while building and developing a high-performing team.\nReporting Structure\nSenior Manager, Real Estate & Facilities (P7)\nFunction\nGlobal Real Estate & Facilities\nReports To\nDirector, India Real Estate & Facilities\nLocation\nIndia (Noida HQ + multi-site responsibility)\nTeam\nIFM, E&M, F&B, Events, Travel, Vendor Teams\nKey Partners\nBusiness Admins, HR, IT, Security, Finance, Legal\nKey Performance Indicators\nEmployee & customer experience\n99.9% facilities and service uptime\nBudget adherence and cost optimization\nTeam engagement, retention, and capability development\nFood & Beverage quality and satisfaction\nVendor performance and SLA compliance\nSafety, EHS, and statutory compliance\nLeadership & Team Development\nBuild, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.\nDrive training, succession planning, cross-skilling, and talent development.\nEstablish performance goals, coaching programs, and recognition mechanisms.\nFoster a customer-centric, safety-first, and continuous improvement culture.\nFacilities Operations\nLead day-to-day facilities operations, workplace services, housekeeping, pantry, transport, visitor management, wellness, and employee experience programs.\nDrive ESG initiatives, emergency preparedness, and operational readiness across sites.\nSupport workplace transitions, office expansions, and new site mobilization.\nFood & Beverage Programs\nOwn cafeteria, pantry, beverage, and hospitality programs.\nDrive food quality, menu innovation, hygiene, food safety, and employee satisfaction.\nManage catering partners, contracts, subsidies, budgets, and service standards.\nSupport executive dining, client hospitality, and event catering.\nEvents, Hospitality & Travel\nLead onsite and offsite events, leadership meetings, conferences, celebrations, and employee engagement programs.\nDeliver premium workplace hospitality, VIP management, reception, and client experiences.\nManage corporate travel, visas, relocations, travel partners, compliance, and cost optimization.\nGovern events and travel vendors through defined SLAs and performance reviews.\nVendor Management & SLA Governance\nManage strategic vendor relationships across facilities, transport, F&B, travel, events, and technical services.\nDevelop scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, review forums, escalation processes, and contingency plans.\nDrive service excellence, compliance, risk mitigation, and cost efficiencies.\nEngineering & Maintenance\nLead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all building systems and critical infrastructure.\nOversee MEP, HVAC, power systems, UPS, DG sets, BMS, and datacenter support.\nEnsure asset reliability, statutory compliance, operational uptime, and CAPEX planning.\nManage maintenance budgets, audits, inspections, and asset lifecycle programs.\nReal Estate & Strategic Leadership\nLead workplace and real estate strategy, occupancy planning, and portfolio optimization.\nSupport lease negotiations, site acquisitions, fit-outs, expansions, relocations, and consolidations.\nOwn AOP, CAPEX/OPEX planning, budgeting, and financial governance.\nDrive ESG, sustainability, compliance, business continuity, and automation initiatives.\nPartner with senior leadership to align workplace strategy with business growth.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.\nMinimum 18 experience leading Real Estate & Facilities operations across multiple locations.\nStrong expertise in team leadership, workplace operations, F&B, hospitality, events, travel, vendor management, and financial governance.\nProven ability to manage large teams, complex stakeholder environments, contracts, budgets, and service delivery organizations.\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people-development skills.\nWe’re doing work that matters.
