Cadence mechanical CAE offers a combination of state-of-the-art vertical solutions across the automotive sector, focusing on pre-processing, intelligent solvers, post-processing, crash analysis, rotating machinery, naval, external aerodynamics, and electronics cooling, encompassing multiphysics, combined with a robust geometry to results process on a platform that leverages Design Optimization and Machine Learning.\nIn this Sales Executive role, you will work closely with Cadence field technical teams, R&D, and product management teams to develop and start a business strategy that drives business growth for Cadence mechanical related products in China. You will be a key team member to address the customer needs of China mechanical related CAE market in various industries, primarily Automotive & Industrial equipment, leveraging Cadence leadership in Electronics within all industries.\nResponsibilities:\nManage existing accounts and develop new accounts to drive sales with solid and consistent YoY growth.\nTake personal responsibilities with key strategic accounts. Develop win-win relationships in a mutual collaborative environment at the customer side.\nImplement Solution Selling and Strategic Selling methodology within the Sales team\nEstablish an effective methodology to identify and qualify prospective companies, establish relationships with the right decision makers and grow the mechanical related CAE products business\nWork with field technical team to deliver solutions specific to each prospect and customer\nBuild customer relationships and become a “trusted advisor”\nSkills and Experience required:\nBS/MS degree in Engineering, Business or related\n6+ years of Sales experience in selling mechanical related CAE products and services; and work experience in those international CAE players is preferred\nTeam player with a track record of success in driving new logo/add-on deals.\nRelationship-driven sales professional with technical acumen to identify customer needs\nExcellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation\nFrequent travel requiredN/A\nWe’re doing work that matters.
