This role focuses on maximizing customer retention, reducing churn risk, and making sure databases are up-to-date and accurate. There may also be opportunities to work on special projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nStaying on top of renewals for universities accounts in North America to start adding other regions later.\nProactively contact customers for renewals to make sure their licenses don’t go down.\nMaintain complete and accurate account data and activity records in Salesforce.com.\nMonitor order processing flow and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.\nDay-to-Day Activities\nProvide support to university users with registration, renewals, support account creation and other questions that come up.\nManage assigned renewal accounts for multiple academic product bundles.\nWork with Cadence IT, Order Management, Export Compliance and other groups as needed to complete tasks.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nStrong communication skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.\nProficiency with Office, Excel and able to work in multiple databases at the same time. \nSelf-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with communicating with customer in email and on the phone.\nFamiliarity with online renewal forms and back-end order flow management.\nProficiency with Salesforce.com and Docusign\nExperience in working with AI tools\nWe’re doing work that matters.
