They collaborate with Salesforce admins and other roles to build custom functionality that supports various programs.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs\n\nManage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application\n\nUse JavaScript-specific design patterns and combine JavaScript with CSS, HTML, and other markup languages.\n\nDevelop custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX , Visual force pages , LWC, Batch programs\n\nDeliver support and solutions for break/fix issues\n\nCommunicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions\n\nPerform data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader\n\nPerform ongoing Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and development\n\nAbility to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, flows, approvals\n\nHandle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions\n\nMaintain security for Salesforce.com data\n\nInterface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products\n\nResearch integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff\n\nResearch and development of new Salesforce.com prototypes and applications\n\nPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications\n\nParticipate and engage in all team meetings\n\nDocument best practices and operational procedures\n\nFacilitate continuous improvement within the environment\n\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field\n\nMinimum 8+ software development experience\n\nSalesforce certifications, like Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Administrator, AI Associate/Specialist.\n\nShould have solid experience in Salesforce Lightning development\n\nHands on experience with Salesforce.com web service, WSDL, SOQL & SOSL, Apex and related\n\nExperience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax and jQuery,.\n\nAbility to work with Salesforce Community Cloud, LWR framework or other collaboration tools.\n\nKnowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.\n\n3+ years’ experience in SFDC service cloud and/or SFDC Customer Community with technical implementation and day-to-day operations.\n\nCompetencies:\nExcellent communication skills and confident in presenting technical solution to business\n\nExperience documenting technical design\n\nKeen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective.\n\nAbility to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.\n\nWe’re doing work that matters.
