Cadence has been recognized by TIME as one of the Top 100 HealthTech Companies and by LinkedIn as a Top Startup (#4, 2025).\nWe're hiring a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to monitor a panel of remotely enrolled patients and move the ones who need clinical attention into care the same day. You will review incoming vitals and symptom data for patients with hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes, working alongside Cadence nurses and nurse practitioners to act on risk between visits. This role sits inside Cadence's Clinical Intelligence workflows, where alerts are surfaced continuously and licensed clinicians decide what happens next.\nThis is a part-time, remote position. The scheduled hours for this role are Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern time.\nWhat You'll Do\nMonitor incoming vital signs, symptoms, and health indicators for a panel of patients enrolled in Cadence remote monitoring.\nTriage alerts and abnormal readings against established clinical criteria and identify patients who require immediate clinical intervention.\nContact patients with out-of-range readings to gather additional clinical information and confirm symptom, medication, and adherence context.\nCoordinate with Cadence nurses and nurse practitioners to route flagged patients into the right intervention and close the loop on every follow-up.\nInspect AI-surfaced screening output and AI-drafted documentation for clinical accuracy before it reaches a provider, correcting anything the model gets wrong.\nDocument every patient interaction in the clinical record and build care summaries that give primary care providers and cardiologists a clear picture of what happened between visits.\nThese responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by personnel assigned to this job classification. Other job related duties may be assigned by management.\nWhat You Need\nActive Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license with compact licensure\nMinimum 5 years of experience practicing as an LPN/LVN\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a cardiology setting\nExperience in remote patient monitoring or telemedicine, including EMR-based clinical documentation\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills for direct patient contact and provider-facing documentation\nFluency with AI-assisted clinical tools (such as Gemini, Open Evidence, or comparable platforms) and the ability to speak credibly with providers and patients about where AI supports care delivery and where human judgment remains non-negotiable\nCompensation\nThe anticipated OTE range for this role is $26 - $33 per hour, which is based on role scope, level, and location. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation as part of the overall total rewards package. This position is remote and based in the United States.
