With a culture that values initiative and creativity, your ideas will not only be heard-they’ll be expected.\nThis is your chance to make a lasting mark on the future of our team, in a high-performance environment where every part counts and every detail matters.\nDeliver high-quality, well-validated parts for wind tunnel testing in line with aerodynamic targets\nSupport on complete design projects, including CAD creation, project management, quality-checking, and documentation\nContinuously improve the functionality, quality, and robustness of model parts to optimize wind tunnel test efficiency\nDrive the development and implementation of improved design workflows and standards\nCollaborate closely with Aerodynamicists and Surface Design Engineers to ensure alignment with technical specifications\nEnsure adherence to standard design practices and help refine them as needed\nRequirements\nWhat do you need to bring to the team?\nDegree in Engineering, Design, Motorsport, or a related discipline or equivalent\nStrong proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably 3DExperience/CATIA) and experience in using FEA for structural validation of parts\nStrong understanding of parametric modeling, part robustness, and model layout principles\nStrong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, including composites and advanced digital manufacturing techniques\nStrong understanding of GD&T and its application and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills\nEnthusiastic contributor to a collaborative, inclusive, and open culture and highly detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering work right the first time\nWilling to travel and work flexible hours during race season\nA team like no other.\nThe Cadillac Formula 1® Team challenges conventions and redefines success through bold ambition, cutting-edge innovation, and an unwavering commitment to precision and excellence-on and off the track.
