You will play a crucial role in our commitment to innovation and excellence, where every team member is encouraged to share ideas and drive our shared success.\nConduct detailed testing and validation activities on vehicle systems, components, and assemblies, ensuring all results are accurately recorded and reported\nEnsure all testing activities are carried out in full compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and established engineering procedures\nSupport the preparation, setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment to ensure accurate and repeatable data collection\nWork closely with the engineering team to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during testing and validation programmes\nContribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of testing methods, validation processes, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability\nRequirements\nWhat do we need from you?\nNVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in a relevant technical discipline\nPrevious experience in a testing, validation, or technical support role within a motorsport or automotive environment\nGood working knowledge of automotive systems, components, and associated vehicle technologies\nFamiliarity with a range of test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition tools\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record, interpret, and communicate technical findings\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple departments\nCompetent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nA positive attitude and commitment to contributing to an open, collaborative, and inclusive team culture\nA team like no other.\nThe Cadillac Formula 1® Team challenges conventions and redefines success through bold ambition, cutting-edge innovation, and an unwavering commitment to precision and excellence-on and off the track.
