installation-related information to the team.\n\nProvide leadership and contribute to team meetings focused on operations, planning, and goal-setting.\n\nPrepare and maintain documentation: Condition Reports, BOLs, Supply Lists, ADV Forms, Invoices, and Matrix sheets.\n\nTrack and log time, tools, and materials for job invoicing.\n\nTag, photograph, measure, inventory, and consolidate items for secure storage or transport.\n\nMaintain daily cleanliness and organization of trucks, kits, and equipment.\n\nTrain and mentor team members in handling, moving, packing, and installing furniture and artwork.\n\nEnsure correct handling and movement of client property, adhering to company protocols.\n\nIdentify and solve problems during installations, moves, or packing operations.\n\nOperate all tools and equipment safely and efficiently.\n\nUphold safe vehicle driving practices and driver safety standards.\n\nReport any damage immediately and complete damage reports within 24 hours.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to develop solutions and resolve issues.\n\nImplement and train on proactive measures to prevent damage.\n\nKnowledge & Development\nContinuously improve knowledge of furniture and artwork handling techniques, storage, and transport.\n\nLearn specialized packing, installation, shipping, and crating techniques.\n\nParticipate in cross-training within the operations team.\n\nSupport knowledge sharing and integration across the organization.\n\nAdministrative & Miscellaneous Duties\nComplete all administrative documentation required for project completion.\n\nAdhere to company dress code and represent Cadogan Tate professionally at all times.\n\nDemonstrate patience and professionalism with clients.\n\nEnsure efficient use of time, materials, and resources to support company profitability.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nMinimum 2-3 years of work experience in moving, packing, delivery, or installation.\n\nCustomer service experience helpful.\n\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to read and interpret documents.\n\nCapable of effective communication with team members and clients.\n\nMathematical Skills\nBasic math proficiency required.\n\nComputer Skills\nNone required.\n\nReasoning Ability\nAbility to make sound, reasonable decisions independently.\n\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nValid Driver’s License\n\nPhysical Demands\nMust be able to walk, crouch, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 100 lbs.\n\nRequires dexterity in hands and fingers to handle objects and tools.\n\nVision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.\n\nWork Environment\nExposure to moving mechanical parts, hazardous materials, and equipment.\n\nRisk of electrical shock from powered tools.\n\nNoise levels can be high.\n\nTravel between client and storage sites required.\n\nWork Schedule\nTypically 40 hours per week.\n\nHours generally range between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM depending on project needs.\n\nOccasional weekend work, overtime, and travel (up to 25%, including overnight and out-of-state trips).\n\nSign-On Bonus\nThe employee will be eligible for a sign-on bonus totaling $1,000, payable as follows:\n$250 will be paid after the successful completion of the employee's first five (5) full working days.\n$750 will be paid upon the successful completion of ninety (90) days of continuous employment.\nTo qualify for the sign-on bonus payments, the employee must:\nRemain actively employed through each payout date.\nMaintain satisfactory job performance.\nHave no No Call/No Show occurrences during the first ninety (90) days of employment.\nThe company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at its discretion, subject to applicable laws and company
