Also, able to manage large projects with supervision.\nWorks closely with the packing department and handles majority of small parcel interstate FedEx air shipments.\nSupporting Account Managers with their day-to-day workload including setting up client files, creating purchase orders, entering Studio data, producing bill of ladings and generating invoices\nLiaising with the Dispatch and Operational departments regarding collections, deliveries and packing requirements ensuring the client’s expectations are met\nEnsuring the department calls are handled in a prompt and professional manner\nAssisting General Manager, VP of Client Services and Director when required\nTaking care and focusing attention on all administrative duties to ensure accuracy\nGeneral\nEnsure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, and all other Company policies and procedures in place\nAdhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures\nTo act at all timesin the best interests of Cadogan Tate, its customers and its employees\n3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Fine Art, Interior Design, and art handling experience, including packing preferred.\nOperating Dimension/Decision Making Authority\nAll decisions to be reviewed by manager initially.
