The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be detail oriented.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform physical kitting of components for mechanical assemblies\nPerform MRP entries to allocate materials and components used in the production of subparts and assemblies including:\nRaw Materials - Purchased hardware, Cadrex Southampton produced subparts, consigned materials\nManage all Shelf Life Items (ie adhesives, paints, etc.)\nManage MRP and physical inventory of fixtures used for CNC Machining, CMM Inspection, and Assembly\nLead and participate in routine inventory counts and annual full inventory process\nIdentify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes and results\nUse assigned devices to take and save pictures of required packaging for WIP and finished parts\nServe as primary backup for creation of shipping documents\nServe as a primary backup for the shipping /receiving area\nRequirements\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n2+ years’ related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred\nRead and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
