This role will support the delivery and coordination of BIM across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality digital outputs and compliance with industry standards.\nThe position offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work remotely and spend time in the Broadstone office on a flexible basis.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate BIM delivery across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent standards and high-quality outputs\nDevelop, maintain and enforce BIM standards, templates and workflows\nManage and coordinate models using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D; knowledge of Tekla would be an advantage but is not essential.\nSupport clash detection, model coordination and data quality assurance\nWork collaboratively with engineers, designers and external stakeholders\nProvide BIM guidance, support and mentoring to project teams based in our India office\nSupport compliance with ISO 19650 and client BIM requirements\nAssist with BIM execution plans (BEPs), MIDPs and TIDPs\nContribute to continuous improvement of digital delivery processes\nPrepare cost quotations, including monthly assessments and invoicing\nSupport the growth and expansion of the BIM team\nRequired Skills and Experience\nEssential Requirements\nProven experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Lead role\nStrong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit\nExperience using Civil 3D\nUnderstanding of BIM standards and workflows, including ISO 19650\nExperience coordinating multi-disciplinary models, with a focus on Civil projects, including MEP and Structural elements.\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nApplicants must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)\nDesirable Skills (but not essential)\nExperience using Tekla Structures\nExperience working in consultancy or infrastructure projects\nKnowledge of common data environments (CDEs)\nExperience with BIM automation or scripting tools\nExperience in 4D construction sequencing and 5D cost integration within BIM environments\nProduce accurate 3D models from point cloud and survey data using Autodesk Revit\n5+ years experience as a BIM manager or coordinator in construction or engineering\nHigh proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk design tools, including Revit, Navisworks, ReCap Pro, AutoCAD and Civil 3D\nAdvanced understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192, CDEs, IFC, COBie, and classification systems\nHow to Apply\nIf you are passionate about engineering, technology, and helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.\nPlease send your CV to  with a reference BIM Lead.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=\"Apply now\" style=\"classic\" color=\"danger\" align=\"left\" i_icon_fontawesome=\"fas fa-chevron-right\" add_icon=\"true\" link=\"url:mailto%3Acareers%40cads.co.uk|||\" css=\".vc_custom_1769783547870{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 15px !important;}\"][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\"About CADS\" tab_id=\"1769695495036-62059fcd-78b8\"][vc_column_text]CADS is a UK-based engineering software company developing market-leading design and detailing solutions for the built environment.
