This position serves as the main point of contact for all customer service requests. The AE's focus will be to quickly respond to customer requests via phone and email to accurately book their training while updating the CRM database. They will coordinate with both training services and sales to provide an ideal experience by acting as an internal champion for the client and a subject matter expert for their respective platform.\nThe ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail and process oriented, and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. This position will have a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction through leveraging internal relationships to help achieve client retention.\nAccountable for all revenue bookings within their assigned territory. Owns the client's experience and acts as a link between Operations, Key Accounts, and Inside Sales.\nResponsible for quickly responding to requests to book revenue within the territory with accurate, detailed information that matches customers preferences. Ensures that bookings are entered correctly into the system and follows up with clients regarding any pre-training related changes, questions or concerns.\nBuild and maintain client relationships. Acts as a trusted training advisor for Decision Makers while arranging their scheduling needs.\nResolves customer concerns. Provides the first line response for pre and post training customer concerns by independently seeking solutions and advocating throughout the company. Escalates concerns when necessary and owns the concern until it is resolved.\nEnsure all reporting and CRM entry is done accurately and on time\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nBachelor's Degree Preferred\n2-5 years job-related experience\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nWorking knowledge of FAR Part 91 and 135 preferred\nFrequent customer contact over the phone and ability to communicate effectively\nCustomer service oriented\nPilot's license preferred but not required\nSolid negotiation skills\nStrong listening skills\nExperience with corporate flight departments and/or charter operators preferred\nProficient verbal and written communication skills\nAbout CAE\nAt CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
