Are you ready to:\nPlan, monitor and control maintenance activities of aircraft under CAE Management in real-time.\n\nManage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and expedite repairs.\n\nLiaise with OEM on technical issues.\n\nAct as a point of contact between maintenance and flight crews, CAMO, MRO/Part-145, Flight Ops, Logistics, ensuring effective communication between the parts.\n\nProvides technical guidance to maintenance personnel, flight crews and ground personnel, and is available for consultation and decisions on technical operational and procedural matters.\n\nTroubleshoot and address aircraft technical defects.\n\nControl and track defects using the maintenance management software, liaising with the client and MRO providers for defect rectification.\n\nCollaborate with maintenance teams to develop solutions for recurring problems.\n\nMaintain accurate records of aircraft maintenance activities.\n\nSource components from approved vendors in support of the operating fleets.\n\nLiaise with vendors and manage RFQ’s, PO’s, and shipping information.\n\nOur ideal candidate has:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in technical roles within Airline's Technical Services, MCC, MRO or component supplier.\n\nPossession of a relevant Engineering Degree or EASA/A&P maintenance license.\n\nFamiliarity with global civil aviation regulations and requirements (EASA/FAA).\n\nA proactive attitude and able to take the initiative to address technical challenges.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a cross-functional setting.\n\nSkill in simplifying complex processes and work under pressure.\n\nStrong focus on client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.\n\nFlexibility in scheduling, ability to work shifts and weekends as required.\n\nAvailability to respond on short notice.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Skills\nPrior working experience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft families is advantageous.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nAt CAE, everyone is welcome to contribute to our success.
