\nSummary\nPlan, organize and provide C-130/L-382 aircraft aircrew and maintenance instruction in classroom, fuselage trainer, flight simulator and or practical environments to include aircraft cargo handling, airdrop operations, Crew Resource Management and Night Vision Goggle Systems.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. \nProvide C130/L-382 instruction in flight manual, cargo handling manual subjects.\nProvide instruction in crew resource management and night vision systems.\nProvide instruction on C-130 cargo handling, weight and balance computations and loadmaster procedures.\nProvide instruction on C-130 airdrop operations.\nEnsure all instruction is conducted with safety as the number one priority.\nDevelop curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan and courseware for courses.\nGenerate post training evaluation reports.\nCoordinate and lead all activity for aircrew students during simulator training sessions.\nMaintain a current level of knowledge by attending training courses and self-study.\nHold creditability and the attention of the customer attendees.\nDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nClearly express procedures and physical processes and concepts to both our domestic and international customers.\nMaintain math skills necessary to conduct aviation related cargo handling and mission planning computations.\nDisplay sufficient intellectual and personal skills to evaluate, and where necessary, re-direct students.\nMaintain proficient with Microsoft Office software.\nWork a flexible schedule.\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nMinimum of seven years’ experience as a loadmaster and three years’ experience as a C-130/L-382 Aircraft Loadmaster Instructor\nMinimum of 2000 hours of flight time as a C-130/L-382 Loadmaster.\nPrevious experience in curriculum development.\nC-130 airdrop experience.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to clearly express procedures and physical processes and concepts to both our domestic and international customers.\nDetail oriented\nProficient with Microsoft office software\nAbility to work a flexible schedule\nPreferred Skills\nAssociates Degree\nNight vision goggle (NVG) experience\nBi-lingual (English and Spanish)\nCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations\nCandidate must be able to provide US military or civil airline records of prior flight and/or simulator/fuselage trainer time.\nSecurity Responsibilities\nMust comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.\n Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance. \nDue to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in office, classroom, and simulator environments.
