This on-call position, based in Dallas, TX, is ideal for pilots who wish to remain active in aviation without the extensive travel demands typical of line flying.\nSCMs support a diverse range of trainees-including FAA Part 135 and 91 operators, EASA trainees, and clients from various NAAs. While a type rating is not required, SCMs must maintain proficiency as qualified crew members. Responsibilities may also include simulator evaluation support for CAE or external authorities.\nCAE provides a comprehensive training program to elevate instructional effectiveness and CRM skills.
