The role works closely with Instructional Designers (ISDs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to create accurate, consistent, and engaging courseware.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and assemble training assets based on approved storyboards, blueprints, and training designs.\nDesign and produce learning assets, including Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, instructional videos, interactive training tools, eLearning modules, and supporting training materials.\nDevelop content using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.\nIntegrate and publish learning assets within approved content authoring, delivery, and content management systems.\nApply technical content provided by ISDs and SMEs accurately and consistently.\nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in source materials and escalate them for clarification when required.\nEnsure visual, instructional, and technical consistency across developed assets in accordance with established templates and standards.\nPerform quality assurance checks throughout development to verify content accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards.\nConduct functional testing of courseware within authoring tools and delivery platforms, including navigation, media playback, and assessments.\nCollaborate with ISDs, SMEs, instructors, team members, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve development issues.\nParticipate in iterative review cycles and incorporate feedback accurately.\nSupport updates, revisions, and ongoing sustainment of existing courseware.\nFollow established development workflows, version control practices, and documentation standards.\nProvide feedback to support improvements to templates, development practices, and asset reuse.\nManage multiple development tasks concurrently while maintaining quality, consistency, and follow-through.\nUse AI-enabled tools, including generative AI, automation, and analytical assistants, as appropriate to support productivity, quality, and consistency while applying sound judgment and human oversight.\nTravel to client sites approximately 10%, as required.\nMinimum Qualifications\nAbility to develop work from defined requirements while maintaining quality and consistency.\nAbility to identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and ambiguities and seek clarification when required.\nAbility to perform quality assurance and functional testing of courseware and learning assets.\nAbility to follow established development workflows, version control practices, templates, and documentation standards.\nAbility to manage multiple development tasks concurrently with strong organization and follow-through.\nAbility to collaborate and communicate professionally with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, instructors, team members, and other stakeholders.\nWillingness to continuously learn, adapt, and improve development tools, techniques, and ways of working.\nComfort working with AI-enabled tools, including generative AI, automation, and analytical assistants, while applying appropriate judgment and human oversight.\nAbility to travel to client sites approximately 10%.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUndergraduate degree in Education.
