# Courseware Developer

The Courseware Developer develops and assembles learning assets based on approved storyboards, blueprints, and training designs. The role works closely with Instructional Designers (ISDs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to create accurate, consistent, and engaging courseware. Key Responsibilities Develop and assemble training assets based on approved storyboards, blueprints, and training designs. Design and produce learning assets, including Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, instructional videos, interactive training tools, eLearning modules, and supporting training materials. Develop content using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise. Integrate and publish learning assets within approved content authoring, delivery, and content management systems. Apply technical content provided by ISDs and SMEs accurately and consistently.
