You’ll be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Instructors, customers, and guests, providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.\nThe role we are offering you\nAct as the primary point of contact for training delivery at CAE’s Copenhagen centre\nEnsuring seamless running of the training centre and sessions, including room preparation and set-up\nFocussing on high quality customer service to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty\nEnsuring the training centre is well-presented, organized and fully stocked at all times\nMaintaining close collaboration with internal departments (training, Sales, Scheduling) to support client needs and solve queries or concerns.\nOur ideal candidate has:\nExperience in a customer service focussed role (eg. hotel industry, travel/ tourism, charter aviation, customer service representative)\nExperience in purchasing would be nice to have\nProficient in English language (written and verbal)\nProficient in either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (written and verbal) preferable\nExcellent PC skills (Excel, Word etc)\nWhat else would be beneficial/ desirable?\nIdeally knowledge or experience of the aviation industry\nLocation:\nCopenhagen, Denmark\nThis is a fully on-site role\nWhat kind of person will succeed in this team?\nWe’re looking for you to be a strong communicator, able to keep calm and organised in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
