CAE offers the ideal setting to grow your expertise and make an impact.\nPosition Summary\nThe Global Logistics Data & Digital Transformation Analyst is responsible for driving data analytics, digitalization, automation, business intelligence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global Logistics organization.\nThe role supports Global international Logistics, Transportation Operations, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Planning functions through the development of dashboards, KPI reporting, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer service.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in transforming Global Logistics into a data-driven organization by leveraging technology, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.\n Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting solutions supporting Global Logistics operations.\n\nAnalyze logistics, transportation, customs, and operational data to provide actionable insights, performance visibility, and recommendations to management.\n\nDesign, develop, and automate reporting solutions and business processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.\n\nSupport digital transformation, automation, and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, visibility, and decision-making.\n\nSupport the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of logistics technologies, analytics platforms, and future Transportation Management Systems (TMS).\n\nDrive Continuous Improvement initiatives through process mapping, workflow optimization, standardization, root cause analysis, documentation, and benefits tracking.\n\nCollaborate with Export Logistics, Import Logistics, Traffic Operations, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Planning teams to develop data-driven solutions, maintain reporting governance, support strategic projects, and enhance operational performance.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, business intelligence, process automation, continuous improvement, or supply chain/logistics analytics.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and performance scorecards.\n\nExperience implementing automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives.\n\nExperience using AI tools and technologies to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes.\n\nExperience in logistics, transportation, customs, supply chain, or operational environments is strongly preferred.\n\nPower BI (dashboard development and KPI reporting)\n\nPower Automate\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel\n\nData analysis and visualization\n\nProcess mapping and continuous improvement\n\nMicrosoft 365 Suite\n\n Preferred Qualifications\nPython\n\nSQL\n\nERP systems (Oracle or similar)\n\nTMS\n\nExperience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or AI-based automation solutions\n\nExperience developing digital solutions, workflow automation, or business intelligence tools\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nContinuous improvement mindset\n\nProactive and results-oriented approach\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\n\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills\n\nCustomer-focused mindset\n\nAdaptability and willingness to embrace change\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into digital and data-driven solutions\n\nStrong presentation and stakeholder management skills\n\nBenefits\nGroup Insurance\n\nTelemedicine\n\nEmployee and Family Assistance Program\n\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\n\nGroup RRSP\n\nCAE Pension Plan/Defined Benefit Plan\n\nSabbatical Leave\n\nFlex Time\n\nEnhanced Parental Leave\n\nWith over 10,000 employees in more than 35 countries, CAE is a global leader in training for the civil aviation, defence and security, and healthcare markets.
