Supported by advanced training and cutting-edge technology, you’ll grow as an educator and find purpose in helping pilots excel, no matter the challenges they face.Job Description\nWe are hiring multiple full-time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDelivering high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.\n\nPreparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.\n\nEnsuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.\n\nMaintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.\n\nSharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.\n\nAll instruction shall be provided in English.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nAny Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority\n\nStrong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.\n\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.\n\nMust be authorized to live and work in Canada.
