The role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into system requirements, and analyzing, configuring, testing, and deploying HR technology solutions.\nWorking closely with internal clients such as Recruitment and other HR functions, the Senior Analyst supports enhancements to business processes and system functionality. Examples may include configuring changes to job profiles, job descriptions, recruitment processes, offer processes, or other HR workflows. As the organization continues its transformation, this role will support multiple HR functions and initiatives and contribute to the evolution and optimization of HR technology solutions.\nPartner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into HR technology solutions.\nAnalyze HR processes and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.\nAnalyze new system functionality and make recommendations regarding implementation.\nSupport the continuous evolution and improvement of Workday.\nConfigure, test, and deploy new functionality and enhancements based on business requirements.\nSupport HR technology needs across multiple functional areas and participate in ongoing transformation initiatives.\nSupport activities related to the annual HR cycle in Workday.\nTroubleshoot reported issues and provide second-level internal support.\nMaintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and applications through analysis, documentation, testing, and problem resolution.\nComply with reporting guidelines established by the Global HR Technology team.\nMaintain appropriate information and documentation to support internal audit requirements.\nParticipate in Workday Community and relevant user groups.\nManage assigned initiatives or project deliverables with initiative and autonomy.\nCommunicate system solutions, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.\nParticipate in a structured onboarding approach, including working with an assigned buddy and contributing to an active technical or business initiative to learn the team’s methodology and configuration practices.\nMinimum Qualifications\nCollege or university degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3-5 years of professional experience working with SaaS HR management systems.\nExperience analyzing business requirements and translating them into HR technology solutions.\nExperience configuring, testing, or supporting HR systems and business processes.\nUnderstanding of HR and payroll concepts and processes.\nCustomer-oriented approach with the ability to understand internal client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work across different functional areas and adapt to changing business priorities.\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently on assigned deliverables.\nStrong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.\nFluency in French and English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Workday.\nExperience with more than one HR technology platform or functional area, including systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.\nBroad HR technology experience across multiple modules or HR processes.\nExperience supporting HR technology transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience independently managing projects, initiatives, or technical workstreams.\nBenefits\nWe’ve designed flexible policies to promote well-being and growth, based on role-specific eligibility and requirements:\nA dynamic team environment.\nA stimulating and engaging workplace.\nRecognition and value of individual contributions and initiatives.\nOpportunities to work on diverse, multidisciplinary projects.\nCompetitive employee benefits.\nAbout CAE\nAt CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
