This role delivers HR solutions that support organizational objectives, employee experience, compliance, talent initiatives, and operational excellence. The Human Resources Business Partner collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce needs across the LATAM region.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with business leaders and employees across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru to provide HR guidance, support employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and promote consistent application of company policies and practices.\nLead and coordinate regional HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits administration, HRIS data management, employee records management, and compliance reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.\nEnsure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and health and safety requirements across supported countries while supporting risk mitigation and audit readiness.\nSupport talent management activities, including recruitment partnership, onboarding, workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and learning initiatives that align with business objectives.\nDrive employee engagement and culture initiatives through recognition programs, wellness activities, employee events, HR metrics reporting, and regional projects designed to enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.\nCollaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support HR programs, policy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.\nExperience supporting employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration, and HR operations.\nKnowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.\nAbility to build effective partnerships with managers and employees at multiple organizational levels.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to HR support.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a regional and global environment.\nFluent Spanish language proficiency.\nAdvanced English language proficiency.\nAbility to travel up to 15% and participate in onsite visits as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\n5 to 8 years of Human Resources experience in a regional or multi-country environment.\nExperience supporting HR operations across multiple countries within Latin America.\nKnowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.\nExperience working with HRIS systems, regional compliance requirements, and cross-functional teams.\nExperience supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nAbout CAE\nAt CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
