This role helps ensure that information is structured, searchable, accessible, and governed throughout the project lifecycle.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nSharePoint Content Management\nMaintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises sites, pages, document libraries, and lists\nUpload, organize, classify, and archive project documentation\nEstablish and maintain folder structures, metadata, taxonomies, and content types\nApply document naming conventions and records management practices\nEnsure content remains accurate, current, and aligned with program requirements\nMonitor document versioning and retention policies\nSite Administration & Maintenance\nSupport the configuration and administration of SharePoint Online sites\nCreate and maintain site pages, navigation structures, news posts, and communication content\nManage user permissions and access requests in accordance with organizational policies\nSupport integrations with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 services\nMonitor site usage and recommend improvements to usability and user experience\nInformation Governance\nMaintain metadata standards to improve content discoverability and search effectiveness\nSupport document lifecycle management processes\nEnsure compliance with organizational document management policies and procedures\nAssist with audit and accreditation activities requiring document traceability and control\nUser Support & Training\nServe as a primary contact for SharePoint content-related inquiries\nDevelop user guides, quick-reference materials, and training documentation\nDeliver onboarding and content management training sessions\nSupport users in locating information and following established content management practices\nPromote SharePoint content management best practices across project teams\nCollaboration & Communications\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify content management requirements\nCoordinate updates to project sites, dashboards, and collaboration spaces\nSupport program communications through SharePoint announcements and news features\nPartner with business analysts, architects, and project teams to capture and publish knowledge assets\nFacilitate information sharing across geographically distributed teams\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nTrack content quality metrics and site utilization\nIdentify duplicate, outdated, or inactive content\nRecommend improvements to content management processes and tools\nSupport Power Automate workflows related to document approvals and content lifecycle management\nParticipate in continuous improvement and lessons learned activities\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Technology Management, Library and Information Science, or a related discipline.\n1 to 3 years of experience supporting SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft 365 environments.\nExperience with document repositories, records management, document control, or content administration.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and content streams simultaneously.\nCustomer-focused approach with strong stakeholder support skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.\nStrong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nMust be eligible to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting project teams, project management offices, or business operations.\nExperience with metadata management, taxonomy development, and information governance practices.\nExperience supporting Power Automate workflows or Microsoft 365 automation tools.\nExperience within defence, aerospace, training, government, or other highly regulated environments.\nExperience supporting knowledge management or enterprise collaboration initiatives.\nBenefits\nCompany benefits plan\nPension plan\nEmployee stock purchase plan\nCareer development opportunities within a global organization\nHybrid work model\nComprehensive health and wellness programs\nBase Pay Range\nOur total rewards package includes base pay and benefits, with final compensation determined by experience, skill, location, and internal equity.\n$60,100 - $90,100 CAD\nAbout CAE\nAt CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
