Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Responsibilities (80%) Develop, maintain, and implement the CAE Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Plan. Assess ILS requirements and their impact on system design, support concepts, and sparing strategies. Ensure customer ILS requirements are identified, understood, implemented, and achieved throughout the program lifecycle. Tailor ILS activities to meet program objectives while maintaining a cost-effective and efficient support solution. Monitor and manage subcontractor ILS activities and deliverables. Provide specialist ILS support to engineering teams to ensure systems are supportable, maintainable, reliable, and sustainable. Lead ILS activities during proposal development, including acquisition and sustainment opportunities. Participate in reviews, studies, and assessments that influence Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) requirements. Conduct analyses relating to spares, tools, test equipment, reliability, maintainability, and life cycle costs.
