You’ll work on impactful projects and turn ideas into reality while enjoying growth opportunities, teamwork, and a balanced work-life.\nDescription\nCAE is looking for an Offset & Industrial Cooperation (“O&IC”) Manager who will primarily manage a portfolio of O&IC obligations, namely Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) obligations and Indigenous Participation Plan obligations (IPP) in Canada. Reporting to Regional Leader for Offset & Industrial Cooperation - Canada, the incumbent will work closely with key CAE stakeholders from various business areas and organizations, as well as government agencies. Our ideal candidate is familiar with the Canadian ITB policy and equivalent foreign policies, has experience working in or with O&IC in aerospace and defence industry, and wishes to better understand our customers and market activities.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop strategies to optimise economic benefits on our Defense and Security captures and programs.\nCreate status reports and briefings on O&IC programs under his/her responsibility.\nManages the entire lifecycle of an O&IC program, including its projects: support to business capture, planning, execution and close-out.\nLiaise with Government of Canada and other government stakeholders.\nResponsible for managing certain ITB banking activities stemming from CAE entities.\nWork in collaboration with CAE departments to create and manage O&IC projects.\nParticipates in initiatives to create or improve processes and tools.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors’ degree in either International Relations, Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing.\nMinimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field, ideally in management of O&IC programs.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and DOMO.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCapability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, autonomy and initiative.\nCapability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\nAbility to think critically, creatively and strategically.\nBilingualism required (English and French).\nBenefits\nGroup Insurance \nTelemedicine Employee and Family Assistance Program \nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan \nGroup RRSP \nCAE Pension Plan/Defined Benefit Plan \nSabbatical Leave \nFlex Time \nEnhanced Parental Leave \nAbout CAE\nAt CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
